Nibotec has 40 years of experience in the development of products and techniques for welding constructions. Backed up by the feedback of our customers are we happy to offer you a to quality service, way above average. Furthermore are we capable of welding highly sophisticated technical equipment, such as machine bodies and covers, frames and installations, hereby strictly adhering your drawings, these can weigh up to 36t. Using all common welding techniques (Mig-, Mag-, inert arc and electric arc), steel plates and semifinished products, from 2mm to 500mm and more, can be processed into complex constructions. In addition to this, an annealing furnace (6.0 by 3.0 by 2.6 m) is available for stress relaxion, annealing and tempering. A sand-blasting chamber (6.7 by 4.1 by 4.1 m) is available for finishing the surfaces using abrasive material of various kinds prior to vanishing which can be done by us as well. Apart from different annealing and sanding techniques are we happy to offer you various machining techniques, available for goods delivered by, if required. |
