In terms of buildup welding we are able to offer hard facing of strong welding layers, up to 60 Hrc. This technique enables us to provide machine parts and work pieces for various uses with virtually non-abrasive surfaces, whether used for manufacturing of new articles or the reconditioning of steel parts. It doesn't matter who manufactured it, we'll weld it! We are capable of applying new material to worn out or incorrect milled and turned high quality work pieces. The aim is to match the original material. Annealing furnaces, capable of 6,000 x 3,000 x 2,600mm, guarantee professional pre-heating prior to applying to avoid any hardness increase such as martensite. Standing work orders can be carried out, using automated rotary tables and welding tractors. A 24h service arrangement is available and most of our welding can be done on-site if required. |
